Is it possible that you can watch football, entertain friends, have fun and see frost outside your window? In the sunshine state? Yesiree! Our Superbowl party was a real hit last year, so we decided to host it again. We left the menu the same: Sunil's famous punch, Pani Puri & Bhel (yummy Indian food), chocolately desserts (this time, it was chocolate covered strawberries) and my homemade choco-chip cookies. And oh, a roaring fireplace.
But we added an "entertaining" addition for the kids. We asked Bridget from Artoga to come and share her magical combo of yoga, art and dance with them. They had a blast and so did the parents who were caught more times upstairs in the game room with their kids than downstairs watching the game!
A few days later, frost hit and I got these great shots of icy plants and grass in our yard. I knew my trench coat would come in handy here!
And fun is always an element when you have two nutty kids and a great husband.
